Job Information: 

Accounts Compliance Co-ordinator required for leading online gaming company based in Gibraltar, South of Spain. As the Accounts Compliance Co-ordinator you will be responsible for the following duties:
· A team player who enjoying researching and troubleshooting
· Excellent customer care skills with an innovative and self sufficient outlook
· Commanding knowledge of Excel and previous experience with springboard would be advantageous
· Flexible in approach to working hours in a semi autonomous role
· Have an understanding of the unique qualities to work in a small independent team with the ability to make on the spot decisions
· Ability to work closely with the VIP and Call centre departments to maximise player acquisition and retention
Essential Skills required:
· Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
· Ability to multi-task and self prioritise to ensure deadlines are met in a timely manner
· Have an understanding of the unique qualities of working in a small, dynamic independent team
· Ability to work in a structured and organised way
· Ability to understand business needs
· Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact at all levels of the business
