Company Secretary Administrator / Office Manager
Our client is sekking an experience Company Secretary Administrator to provide company secretarial and administration support to the directors and other senior managment team.
Job Responsibilities:
Company secretarial & admin:
- Organising, preparing agendas for, and overseeing taking minutes of internal and client board meetings and Annual General Meetings
-Maintaining statutory books,including registers of members, directors and secretaries (with supervision and guidance)
-Coordinating opening and maintenance of bank accounts
-Maintaining and coordination of compliance diary system
Office Management:
-Manage incoming calls professionally and take messages
-Review incoming post and emails, action where necessary
-Assist with the production of documents and presentations, and provide support with projects when required
-Organise internal and external meetings including travel arrangements, accommodation iteniaries, concierge and catering for executive
-Create and maintain an up-to-date filing system
