Finance and Compliance Director

My client, a well established online gaming company is looking to recruit an experienced Finance and Compliance Director to join their new offices in Gibraltar.

The role will play a critical part in the leadership, heading up the finance team.
Responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
Ensure profits and costs are tightly controlled and targets met
Oversee delivery of reporting, production of balance sheet and P & L, review of variances and production of management and KPI reporting packs
Strategic planning
Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders
Oversee and manage budget and re-forecasting, working closely with MD
Deliver analysis to support strong commercial decision making
Ensure department is compliant at all times with required legislative and regulatory frameworks

Knowledge and Experience:
Qualified accountant
Significant financial experience at director level
Advanced understanding of budgeting, forecasting and reporting processes
Ability to deliver complex and difficult data-driven projects
Strong people management skills
