Chat Moderation Manager
Our client, a successful and well established online gaming company is looking for an experienced Chat Moderation Manager to join their expanding team.
You will be the face of bingo, providing a fun and safe environment, and professional and efficient customer service to all queries.
Responsibilities will include;
• First point of contact for all online bingo customers
• Resolve all queries
• Meet and greet customers entering chat room
• Take charge of the chat room, providing entertainment with games and conversation
• Ascertain customers that are likely to cause trouble
• Be aware of inappropriate nick names, racial comments, offensive chat etc
• Cover un-hosted rooms at short notice
• Completion of shift reports
• Be aware of online promotions, games times etc
• Perform any ad-hoc duties as directed
Knowledge and Experience should include;
• Management experience
• Excellent knowledge of the internet, firefox, Word and Excel
• A minimum of one years experience on an online chat room environment
• Experience of online hosting is desirable
• Knowledge of 90 ball Bing is desirable
• A good standard of education
• Ability to multi task, remain calm under pressure and tactful and respectful at all times
• Be self motivated with the ability to motivate others around
