German and Danish Member Support Representatives
Our client, a leading online gaming company is urgently looking to recruit Member Support Representatives to join their German and their Danish teams.
Responsibilities
The main purpose of the role will be to ensure that the service given to customers and partners is of the highest standard.
This will be done via email, phone and live chat covering a range of issues such as game enquires, cashing out of funds and helping with deposits
Maximise member retention through promotion of eventsm activities and bonus offers
Maximise revenue opportunities by offering relevant deposit methods
Translations for the support department as required
Outbound projectys as required
Testing of new games, products and software
Knowledge and skills required
Good knowledge of MS applications
Previous customer service experience
Excellent communication skills
Reasoning and analytical ability
