Acquisition Manager
Acquisition Manager required for leading online gaming company based in Gibraltar, South of Spain. The Acquisition Manager should be able to creatively approach any potential partner, deal and convert it into a source of traffic. We are hoping to attract a self-starter who will bring some of essential acquisition experience with tracked success stories. Main responsibilities will include; accountable for delivering players across all brands and markets through Affiliate, Online, Paid Search channels; working closely with head of marketing on implementing overall marketing strategy; plan all marketing activities for the business through the Budget/Forecast process; work closely with respective teams to handle key affiliates and to develop ways of working with them in generating value; building new affiliates relationships and negotiating deals with these partners; manage all affiliate & online activities, including the management of key messages, copy and creative solutions through to live placement, optimization and evaluation; ensure that all campaigns and activity are consistent with both Brand values and overall campaign themes as well as deliver planned ROI; responsible for the selection, management and evaluation of support agencies and technology partners required to deliver the affiliate plan, including contract negotiations (with Head of Marketing), target setting, KPI setting and evaluation, reporting and relationship building; responsible for ensuring that all affiliate, online media and paid search activities are sufficiently monitored, tracked and evaluated in order to deliver ROI. Skills & experience required includes; ability to work independently and with key internal and external partners; strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple streams of work and prioritise accordingly; good knowledge of CPM and CPC campaigns is an essential part of this role; some knowledge of industry tools like income access would be welcomed; key skills should include; at least 1 year gaming industry experience; highly organized, enthusiastic and persuasive; excellent business development and communication skills with strong negotiation skills; hard working and ambitious.
