BI Developer Manager
BI Developer Manager required for leading online gaming company based in Gibraltar, South Spain. The BI Developer Manager will be responsible for delivering company planning; long range goals, business strategies and financial support.
Key responsibilities will include:
· Drive change in business processes through the use of advanced analytics
· Ensure a high level of organisational adaption by translating business needs into executable analytical plans
· Build strong relationships with key clients to define and implement the best business intelligence solutions for their teams
· Collaborate with other departments/teams to deliver impactful information in support of business needs
· Demonstrates advanced skill in restructuring a pre-existing software system to improve its quality and maintainability, reverse engineer a complex system
· Mentor developers in application development
· Analyze business needs
· Participate in complete software development lifecycle, including analysis, design, code and unit testing of web based applications
· Participate in structured walkthroughs and technical reviews
· Build an effective intake process for content management
· Prepare presentations for internal customers to increase usage of user built and managed BI sites.
Knowledge Skills & Experience required includes:
· Minimum of 5 years business experience
· Strong leadership capabilities and the ability to influence staff and management of internal and external IT partners
· Interpersonal and leadership skills - leadership, collaboration, facilitation, and negotiation skills
· Applies advanced knowledge of requirements specification concepts in order to set up the overall representation model and the specific methods used to implement that model in technical terms
· A self motivated team player
· Proven problem solving and analytical skills
This is a permanent opportunity based in Gibraltar, South Spain. Salary approx. £35,000pa - £50,000pa highly dependent on experience + bonus + benefits. Why Gibraltar?
