CRM Marketing Manager

Sportsbook CRM Marketing Manager required for leading online gaming company based in Gibraltar. The Sportsbook CRM Manager will be responsible for developing and managing the CRM and VIP strategy to meet target KPI across the sportsbook business as well as building and managing the team. Main responsibilities will include; responsible for development and implementation of CRM & VIP strategy including customer lifecycle management; management and development of VIP customer segment; manage customer development strategy to meet KPI’s including average stake per player and lifetime values; identify main touch points in customer interaction to optimise customer retention; one to one communication with key VIP’s, maximising player spend; identify new VIP’s; develop and implement loyalty programmes; build strong relationships with high value players; liaise with the acquisition team for promotions and any other marketing activities; provide leadership and direction to the team cultivating a culture where continuous improvement is embraced & under-performance effectively managed & resolved whilst actively managing & developing a talent pipeline. Skills & experience required includes; proven experience in a similar senior role, ideally with in an online betting / gaming environment; innovative and creative with proven successful track records of implementing new strategies;people management skills, being able to build strong relationships within the company and with key high value customers; able to meet targets within an agreed timeline whilst maintaining integrity; advanced experience with CRM management tools; ability to manage campaigns start to finish with existing customers; knowledge of data management and warehousing tools; strong data & financial analytical skills combined with effective decision making capability in order to use data to drive decisions & business direction. This is a permanent position based in Gibraltar. Salary approx. £65,000pa - £75,000pa highly dependent on experience + bonus + benefits.
