Gaming Marketing Manager

Gaming Marketing Manager required for leading online gaming company based in Gibraltar. The Gaming Marketing Manager will work closely with the new marketing team, with the overall responsibility for the performance, strategy. You would ensure delivery of an innovative and unique marketing initiatives, to support the strong and sustained growth of the business. Key responsibilities will include;

Management of all internal and external marketing projects for the Gaming department
Regularly assess effectiveness of the plans contributing to the overall sales and revenue and to ensure continuous improvement
Supporting the development, implementation and evaluation of campaigns aimed at achieving greater product use
Select and manage external business partners and ensure they deliver strong consistent results
Planning and implementing suitable promotional offers within budget
Deliver against monthly and annual targets
Creating and executing plans to meet agreed company objectives

Skills & experience required includes;
Proven experience in a similar role
Proven track record in providing successful marketing solutions
Experience in managing others and the ability to drive change and decision making within your areas of responsibility
Self motivated team player
Results driven
Ability to analyze and increase behaviour of customers
Flair for innovative and creative marketing approaches
Strong ability to make decisions
Ability to build strong working relationships and communicate effectively
