Service Delivery Executive
Service Delivery Executive required for leading online gaming company based in Gibraltar. The Service Delivery Executive will be responsible for ensuring the effective delivery and monitoring of all operational services/systems and the administration/deployment of the development programme projects. This includes responsibility for day-to-day monitoring of system performance and services to end users as per contractual service level agreement. The Service Delivery Executive will be involved in the day-to-day management of the programme roadmaps through the co-ordination of all requirements, initiatives and opportunities with the respective business owners. Clear communication of progress to delivery and programme risk, including service delivery management and on-going management of service level agreements. Skills & experience required includes; proven experience in a similar role; previous experience of Service delivery; strong communication and supplier management skills; experience of managing SLA with third party technology partners; IT literate with the ability to quickly learn and optimise new system environments (both internal, 3rd party and the interfaces between); ability to work effectively as part of both small teams and larger formal groups; strong project management skills; dynamic personal style that delivers results, engagement and a positive working culture; good influencing and facilitation skills.
