Job Information:

VIP Executive required for a leading online gaming company based in Gibraltar, South of Spain. You will be required to improve the VIP marketing initiatives to retain, acquire and reactivate VIP players across all Casino & Games products. Developing new VIP customers, increase VIP player life time value and revenue contribution for assigned VIP customer. Key objective is to grow the VIP player base with corresponding revenues – this in alignment with set targets.
Responsibilities:
Evaluate and monitor VIP players to ensure maximum life time value; Initiate marketing and player management strategies to reactivate inactive VIPs; Identify players with VIP potential; Establish personal relation with most valuable VIPs; provide regular VIP reports. Skills, Knowledge & Experience:
Proven experience in VIP account management; strategically driven with strong data analytical skills; A team player with strong communication skills.
