Job Information: 

Our client, a well established financial company based in Gibralatar is looking to recruit a Portuguese speaking Company Administrator to join their team to manage a portfolio of companies and handling the diverse needs of a number of private clients

Primary responsibilities will include;
Liaising with clients and their advisors in respect of service issues
Preparation of correspondance with clients and advisors
Ensuring that statutory records are accurate and full audit trails maintained
Execution of transactions
Preparation of payment intstructions and monitoring execution of instructions
Preparation of minutes and anciliary documents
Maintenance of clients data

Previous experience should include;
Minimum of 3 years experience in administrating companies
Making progress with professional studies in relevant topic; STEP/ICSA
Able to identify risks associated with client transactions
