Website Analytics and Optimisation Manager required for leading Online Gaming Company based in

As the Website Analytics and Optimisation you will perform analysis (using Google Analytics) designed
to influence marketing, content and analytic decisions. You will develop a reporting landscape which
includes holistic dashboards, trend conclusions, and optimisation recommendations.

Main responsibilities include:

• Tracking – support and guide the implementation of Google Analytics, ensuring key data points are collected and reliable
• Insight and reporting – implement and maintain reports and dashboards which provide key understandings and help influence the decision making process. Combining Web Analytics data, with DWH and BI tools via Tableau
• Data driven decisions – use data and user journey analysis to educate and influence stakeholders on customer experience improvements that will provide bottom line incremental value
• Testing – design and implement a multivariate and a/b testing roadmap to drive value for the business. Ensuring that a pound value can be associated to each and every enhancement made
Skills & experience required includes:

• An expert with Google Analytics, right across the full spectrum of implementation, reporting automation and analysis
• An obsession with using data to drive and improve and influence onsite user experience
• An excel wizard, creating amazing dashboards, at the same time removing the monotony of updating them
• A testing expert with the ability to talk geek and chic – as you work with developers to implement tests and designers to get the content right
• Excellent ecommerce background
• Excellent co-ordination and planning skills
• Highly numerate, able to dissect large volumes of data
• Excellent communicator and maintains excellent working relationships
• Proactive approach
• Analytical approach to problem solving
• An interest in the Sports Betting/Gaming industry and a good understanding of our customers (Preferred)
• Ability to write SQL queries for data extraction (Preferred)
• Proven experience in increasing online customer conversions (Preferred)
