Job Information: 

Account Manager to join our clients Gaming and Gambling division based in Gibraltar.
Account Manager will be responsible for building and developing relationships with existing merchants
By supporting and offering additional solutions and ultimately growing our customer base and maximising revenue. This role provides a fantastic opportunity to make your mark with an award winning organisation that is moving into the next stage of its global development.

Job Responsibilities: 

• Create and drive new business through sales pitches, presentations and sales propositions by up selling new solutions to existing customers
• Grow turnover and increase the size of the customer base by acquiring a larger portion of their business
• Liaise with marketing and product teams to ensure constant benchmarking and price comparisons
• Organise, attend and represent the company at events and exhibitions tailored to the Gambling industry
• Support the team by participating in multiple development projects to increase and strengthen the effectiveness of the account managers

Candidate Skills: 

• Outstanding experience in building and developing relationships with existing customers
• Previous experience in building new business is an asset
• Knowledge of eCommerce and online payment industries
• A disciplined self-starter, results driven and committed to achieving career recognition and financial reward
• Ability to lead by example and present a professional image
• Outstanding interpersonal communication and analytical skills
• High Internet affinity along with proficiency in MS Office tools (PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel)
• Degree in a business or related field
• Fluent in English and another European language is a bonus
